Your concierge will reach out to you to tailor your reservation including destinations, meals, activities, and everything in between. Your personalised charter itinerary including luggage requirements and any transfer conditions will be finalised. A deposit is required to secure the package.

Private plane charter is comparable to a business class fare, especially when there are three or four passengers on the one flight. Fares for a JNSQ Charters plane charter are based on flight duration and will be calculated to accommodate the specific requirements such as departure and arrival locations you require for your flight.

Yes. One of the many benefits to flying privately is the flexibility to travel at a time that suits your schedule, with minimal airport wait time. Experience premium boarding with no security screening or long boarding queues. Departure and arrival times will be prepared by your Concierge to accommodate your holiday or business itinerary. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred dates and times. However, in certain cases, we might be able to accommodate shorter notice.

Yes. We uphold the strictest safety standards and never compromise on the wellbeing off our passengers, staff and crew. Prior to departure, your pilot will walk you through the onboard safety features of the aircraft and will brief you on your flight plan and procedures giving you full confidence in the journey ahead.

Our experienced flight crew assess the weather conditions before and during your flight to ensure your charter is safe and comfortable. Our fleet is built to handle a variety of elemental conditions, and our crew are highly trained to navigate the weather. In the instance of extreme weather your Concierge will advise you of alternative arrangements.
Yes. Infants and Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Our Piper Aerostar seats 5 adults and 1 child. All passengers are required to wear a seatbelt for the duration of the flight.
Yes. Please let your Concierge know about your pet’s size and breed during your booking process so we can ensure you and your pet have a safe and seamless experience. Although we welcome your pets onboard, some destinations may have a different policy.

Passenger baggage weight is limited for flight safety and OH&S reasons. Specific advice will be provided at the time of confirmation. Baggage in the cabin is normally limited to small personal items such as reasonably sized briefcases, laptops, handbags or similar. When the aircraft is not fully occupied, spare cabin seats may be utilised for small baggage at the discretion of Je Ne Sais Quoi Charters crew, provided it can be safely secured.
